“I didn’t grow up with luxury. But I grew up with ideas. And I always believed good design isn’t decoration—it’s dignity.”
I started my career in real estate, working with giants like Bren. 9-to-9 days, big towers, glossy brochures. But something was missing—heart.
I met families who had invested everything into a flat…but still felt like outsiders in their own space. That bothered me.
I’m an IT grad with an MBA. I could have stayed in corporate. But I chose to build something that felt personal. Something real.
That’s how Perfect Space was born— with Mukesh, my brother in vision.
Not just to do interiors—but togive people the feeling of finally being home.
Design should make you feel safe. Proud. Seen.
That’s the mission.”

I didn’t come from design school. I came from life.
My first job? Folding shirts at Shoppers Stop. I learned what real service means — it’s not selling, it’s respecting.
Then came logistics. At Gati and FedEx, I wasn’t moving parcels — I was delivering emotions. A photo frame. A gift box. A blessing from one city to another.
But something changed the day I stepped into a friend’s flat. It was well-built, expensive…and completely lifeless.
That night, I knew what I had to do — not start an interior company, but build something emotional. Personal. Human.
Perfect Space wasn’t born to decorate. It was born to listen. To understand families, their chaos, their celebrations, their dreams.
Today, we’ve designed over 1500+ homes across Bangalore, but every time we take on a project, I remind my team:
“This isn’t just a flat. It’s their story.”
That’s the mission.
I was born and raised in Bangalore — not just in its lanes, but in its layers. I’ve seen how the city grew, how homes changed, and how families evolved.
I started with a B.Com degree, but my heart was always sketching something else —spaces, shelves, ceilings, possibilities. That passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
It’s been over 8 years since I began this journey, and I’ve had the honour to design more than 3000 homes — each one different, each one deeply personal.
But for me, it’s never about just the layout or the finish. It’s about how the home feels — when the light hits the dining table just right, when a wardrobe hides a child’s drawing, when a client says, “This is exactly how I imagined it.”
That’s when I know… it’s not just design.
It’s belonging.
I don’t just draw walls.I design what happens inside them.

He doesn’t call himself a designer.
He calls himself a doer.
Shyam began as a labourer — carrying plywood sheets, sweeping sawdust, observing quietly from the corners. He didn’t go to a fancy design school, but he learned from something more powerful — experience.
Over 15+ years, he rose through sheer skill, grit, and a stubborn refusal to quit. Today, he’s our Head Carpenter, with over 2,500 homes handcrafted under his supervision.
What sets Shyam apart isn’t just precision. It’s pride.
He often says,
“Every nail I hammer is for someone’s dream.”
And that’s how he leads our on-site team — withhumility, heart, and hands that know how to turn sketches into soul.
When clients smile during handover, it’s often because of Shyam — the quiet craftsman behind the scenes, building not just wardrobes and walls… but trust.
Not every story begins with a toolbox. Some begin with empty hands… and a full heart.
Born into poverty, Surjeet stepped onto construction sites with no resume — just a fierce will to learn, survive, and grow.
He began as a labourer — observing, lifting, doing what others wouldn’t.The early days were tough, but they shaped him with rare humility and grit.
Today, with over 10 years of hands-on experience, Surjeet is a respected contractor and site leader — trusted with full project execution.
He’s not just a carpenter. He’s a problem solver, a mentor, and a steady hand who delivers with heart.
“If Surjeet is on-site, the work will speak for itself.”
His story isn’t just about building homes — it’s about building himself, one honest day at a time.
