Step 1: Onboarding & Scope Finalization
We start by:
- Visiting your flat
- Taking precise measurements
- Confirming scope of work
- Creating a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
You receive:

- Visual layout plan
- Payment schedule (Milestone-based)
Step 2: Design Phase (3D + Consultation)
Our design team works closely with you to:
- Create 3D visualizations for each room
- Finalize color palettes, laminates, finishes
- Choose hardware, accessories, appliances
- Share moodboards and walkthrough videos
You receive:
- A digital preview of your home
- Unlimited design changes before execution
Step 3: Material Finalization & Client Approval
Before we start execution, you:
- Visit our partner warehouse
- Inspect plywood, laminates, accessories
- Sign off on the final material list

Step 4: Execution Begins
Once design + material are approved:
- Civil work starts (if any)

Step 5: Final Handover & Styling
